Seeking a creative and technically savvy AI Training Content Strategist, this full-time remote position will manage the development and delivery of engaging training experiences for global partners and customers, focusing on AI-powered solutions and instructional design.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions for global channel partners, focusing on AI functionality and certification success
• Own the strategy and execution of technical enablement content across the partner and customer journey, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness
• Elevate the enablement experience through modern instructional techniques and advocate for high-quality content in driving product success

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, technical training, or instructional design, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven success in delivering training in both live and asynchronous formats
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and content design best practices
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms, preferably in regulated or professional industries
• Portfolio demonstrating clarity, strategy, and user impact in training or content work
