AI Training Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative in AI Training, the full-time remote AI Training Partnerships Manager will build and manage strategic partnerships, identify opportunities within the AI ecosystem, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for complex AI training challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities across AI organizations and consulting partners to drive long-term growth
• Partner with customers to understand AI training challenges and develop commercial solutions leveraging UserTesting's contributor network
• Own the sales process from initial outreach through to successful closure, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and project feasibility

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within emerging technology markets
• Experience with AI companies or organizations supporting model development, with existing relationships in the AI ecosystem preferred
• Demonstrated success in selling services or solutions requiring operational delivery and customer collaboration
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to navigate complex opportunities and develop creative solutions
• Familiarity with AI training concepts and workflows is preferred
