Job Summary

Leading the transformation of AI opportunities into actionable solutions, the full-time remote AI Transformation Consultant will collaborate across functions to assess current processes, define future states, and develop implementation strategies while managing vendor relationships and communication plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the gathering of information and requirements, conducting gap analysis and formulating recommendations for operational improvements
• Develop high-level test strategies and manage quality reviews for testing processes, utilizing both manual and automated methods
• Build business cases for strategic initiatives, conducting feasibility assessments, and applying change-management strategies to enhance adoption

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of business system operations and workflow analysis, with demonstrated leadership in implementation processes
• Experience in project management processes and tools, delivering work on time in fast-paced environments
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions
• Familiarity with continuous process improvement and change-management practices
