Job Summary
Leading the execution of AI initiatives, the full-time SVP, AI Transformation will own the delivery of programs from planning to deployment while collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery of AI programs and initiatives from mandate to deployment, including planning and execution across the enterprise
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure timely and quality initiative delivery with necessary adoption
- Contribute to the AI transformation strategy by providing insights on field-level execution and refining the approach based on outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5 years leading complex programs or transformation initiatives
- 3+ years managing teams or leading cross-functional delivery groups
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience delivering AI, data, or technology-enabled initiatives in complex organizations
- Strong fluency in AI and LLM ecosystems, with expertise in program and change management
