AI Transformation Lead
Job Summary
Leading transformation engagements for a defined set of accounts, the full-time remote AI Transformation Lead will own the strategic narrative, structure client engagements, and drive enterprise-wide change to integrate AI-driven workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the narrative and strategic plan for client engagements, co-designing recommendations with Forward Deployed Engineers and Creative Leads
- Structure ambiguous client problems into clear hypotheses, workstreams, and decisions for actionable outcomes
- Lead clients through enterprise-wide transformation, navigating stakeholder landscapes and engineering buy-in for AI adoption
Required qualifications:
- Strong academic background in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as STEM, economics, engineering, or business
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, transformation, program management, or enterprise tech implementation
- Proficient in AI tools and technology, with hands-on experience in configuring and testing platforms
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with marketing, advertising, or agency experience is a plus but not essential
