AI Transformation Lead
Job Summary
Leading transformation engagements for a defined set of accounts, the full-time remote AI Transformation Lead will own the strategic narrative, co-design recommendations with teams, and guide clients through enterprise-wide AI adoption while ensuring quality and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the narrative and strategic plan for client engagements, co-designing recommendations with Forward Deployed Engineers and Creative Leads
- Structure ambiguous client problems into clear hypotheses and actionable workstreams
- Lead clients through enterprise-wide transformation, navigating stakeholder landscapes and engineering buy-in for AI adoption
Required qualifications:
- Strong academic background in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as STEM, economics, engineering, or business
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, transformation, program management, or enterprise tech implementation
- Proficiency with AI tools and technology, including experience with Claude Cowork or similar platforms
- Hands-on technical skills, including lightweight engineering knowledge such as SQL and scripting
- Experience engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and managing complex, cross-functional projects
