AI Transformation Lead
Job Summary
As the strategic and technical owner of transformation engagements on a defined set of accounts, the full-time AI Transformation Lead will manage client narratives, structure engagements, and lead enterprise-wide changes to integrate AI-driven workflows in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the transformation narrative and co-design strategic recommendations with Forward Deployed Engineers and Creative Leads
- Structure ambiguous client problems into clear hypotheses and actionable workstreams
- Lead clients through enterprise-wide transformation, ensuring integrated AI adoption across workflows
Required qualifications:
- Strong academic background in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as STEM, economics, engineering, or business
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, transformation, program management, or enterprise tech implementation
- Proficient in using AI tools and technologies, with hands-on experience in configuring and testing solutions
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and manage client meetings independently
- Experience in delivering complex, cross-functional projects to a high standard and on time
