Job Summary
Owning the strategic and technical direction of transformation engagements, the full-time AI Transformation Lead will manage client narratives, co-design recommendations, and guide enterprise-wide change in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and lead transformation narratives and strategic plans for client engagements
- Structure ambiguous client problems into actionable hypotheses and workstreams
- Guide clients through enterprise-wide transformation, fostering AI adoption and integration
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, agency settings, or enterprise technology implementation
- Strong academic background in a quantitative or analytical discipline
- Hands-on experience with technology and digital strategy, including familiarity with AI tools
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage complex projects
