AI Transformation Lead
Job Summary
The full-time remote AI Transformation Lead will be responsible for owning transformation engagements for a defined set of accounts, structuring client narratives, leading change management initiatives, and ensuring successful AI adoption across organizations.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the strategic narrative and tactical plan for client engagements, co-designing recommendations with Forward Deployed Engineers and Creative Leads
- Structure ambiguous client problems into actionable workstreams and decisions
- Lead clients through enterprise-wide transformation, fostering integrated, AI-driven workflows and navigating stakeholder landscapes
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, agency settings, or enterprise technology implementation
- Proficiency in AI tools and technology, with hands-on experience in configuring and prototyping within the Pencil platform
- Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage client meetings independently
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments is essential
- Strong academic background in a quantitative or analytical discipline preferred
