Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on AI Transformation Manager, the remote full-time position will identify, prioritize, and oversee AI implementations across various business units, focusing initially on Accounting and Finance, while managing vendor relationships and driving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across departments to assess workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation
- Develop and manage an enterprise AI roadmap, translating opportunities into executable project plans
- Evaluate and manage AI vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project execution and integration
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or AI implementation
- Strong working knowledge of generative AI, workflow automation, and business applications of AI
- Experience in mapping business processes and developing implementation plans with measurable ROI
- Demonstrated success in managing external vendors and overseeing project budgets and timelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
