Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote AI Value Engineer, this position will lead the application of generative AI to address real-world challenges in the mortgage industry, focusing on client engagement, prototyping solutions, and delivering educational experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagements to scope, prototype, and deliver GenAI-powered workflows
- Run discovery sessions and use case sprints while translating business pain points into LLM-based solutions
- Facilitate live GenAI learning experiences and build enablement materials for clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, product enablement, or applied business strategy
- Hands-on experience using generative AI for real-world applications, including building prompts and workflows
- Experience in building business cases and presenting ROI to executive stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and lead client work without constant oversight
- Excellent facilitation and storytelling skills, bridging business, compliance, and technical stakeholders
