Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and versatile AI Value Engineer, the full-time remote position will lead client engagements to deliver generative AI solutions, facilitate learning experiences, and drive internal capability building in the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements to scope, prototype, and deliver GenAI-powered workflows
- Run discovery sessions, use case sprints, and prompt engineering labs with stakeholders
- Package successful experiments into reusable artifacts, including prompt libraries and solution playbooks
Required Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in consulting, product enablement, or applied business strategy
- Hands-on experience using generative AI for real work, including building prompts and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead client work without constant oversight
- Excellent facilitation and storytelling skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders
- Self-directed learner with high curiosity and a bias toward action
