AIDDLC Engineer
Job Summary
Leading customer engagements as both a methodology practitioner and technical builder, the full-time AIDDLC Engineer will guide clients through the full AIDDLC process while driving architecture decisions and facilitating AI readiness workshops in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customers through the full AIDDLC process: Assess, Design, Develop, Deploy & Operate
- Drive architecture decisions and manage supporting tooling and automation delivery
- Facilitate AI readiness workshops and mentor teams on AIDDLC practices
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience building production-grade ML or GenAI systems with advanced Python proficiency
- Fluency across all AIDDLC phases, including readiness assessments and model/data strategy
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as Strands, LangGraph, or CrewAI
- Proficiency in AWS Bedrock services and related technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM)
- Ability to facilitate structured AI workshops and translate outputs into deliverables
