Air Travel Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting a fully remote contact center, the full-time Air Travel Specialist will manage air travel bookings through the Amadeus platform, providing expert guidance on airline schedules, fare structures, and ticketing processes while enhancing the guest experience and contributing to business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Book accurate flight itineraries and apply airline fare rules using Amadeus
- Provide timely, solutions-focused support to guests and internal teams via phone, chat, and email
- Issue airline tickets, process schedule changes, and manage itinerary updates efficiently
Required qualifications
- At least one year of travel industry experience, particularly in airline ticketing and itinerary management
- Strong knowledge of world geography and airline routing
- Typing proficiency of at least 50 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Amadeus or other GDS preferred
