Job Summary
To design and build a centralized intake and work management solution, the temporary Airtable Architect will create a comprehensive Airtable base with automated workflows and user-friendly interfaces, working remotely to support a major healthcare organization's messaging group.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build an Airtable base that supports intake across multiple teams and work types
- Design intake forms and build automations for routing, triage, and notifications
- Create Airtable Interfaces and dashboards for leadership and stakeholder visibility into work and capacity
Required Qualifications
- Advanced, hands-on Airtable development and architecture experience
- Proven experience building Airtable automations for routing and notifications
- Experience designing end-to-end intake or work management processes
- Ability to gather and translate requirements quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Experience training end users and administrators on new systems
