Airtable Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support the consolidation of content approval processes, the contract Airtable Solutions Architect will work remotely to design and build a unified tool that integrates existing Airtable bases and Excel data while ensuring minimal disruption to current workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Understanding existing data structures and workflows across Airtable bases and Excel
- Developing a data strategy and architecture to consolidate information from multiple sources
- Building a minimum viable product (MVP) that provides a firm-oriented view of content alongside submission requirements
Required qualifications:
- Strong, hands-on experience with Airtable
- Experience in data strategy, architecture, and systems integration
- Ability to assess and design solutions that connect existing systems without disruption
- Strong systems thinking skills to understand interactions between technical systems and business processes
- Capability to translate business needs into practical tools and execute the build
