AJO Platform Architect
Job Summary
Leading high-priority platform implementation projects, the full-time AJO Platform Architect will serve as the primary expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, advising on architecture and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary platform expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, advising on architecture, governance, and best practices
- Lead discovery efforts to gather information from clients and internal teams to understand business needs and solution requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas, and customer journeys
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and demonstrated experience in end-to-end implementations
- Familiarity with common AJO tasks, including channel configuration and audience definition
- Proficiency in data modeling and familiarity with JSON and XML
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and knowledge of digital marketing execution processes
