Job Summary
To support the management of complex bodily injury claims, the fully remote AL Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and ensure exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims using analytical skills and claims management experience
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to facilitate timely resolutions
- Document claim activities and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and other relevant states
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Computer proficiency with claims and business software
