Job Summary
As an edTPA Coach, the part-time hourly position will provide expert guidance and individualized coaching to teacher candidates in Alabama and North Carolina as they prepare for the edTPA assessment, ensuring they meet certification requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Help candidates navigate edTPA complexities, including artifact creation and submission requirements
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback on edTPA portfolio artifacts
- Facilitate peer mentoring and cohort-based learning experiences via Zoom
Required qualifications
- Active state-specific teaching certification in Alabama or North Carolina
- Master's Degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
- Experience supporting edTPA preparation and submission processes
- Experience teaching in an online or hybrid learning environment (preferred)
