Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and interpret title reports and related real estate documents
- Manage non-judicial foreclosure matters and ensure compliance with deadlines and legal standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams regarding title and foreclosure issues
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in a non-judicial foreclosure state
