Job Summary
To support a Clinical Engagement Services Center, the part-time, remote Alabama Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic consultations, perform comprehensive medication reviews, and communicate clinical recommendations while residing in Alabama.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews with members
- Review medications and clinical information to identify gaps in care and therapeutic opportunities
- Provide patient education on medications and disease-state management
Required qualifications
- Must reside in Alabama
- Active and unrestricted Alabama Pharmacist license
- Strong knowledge of disease-state management and the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services
- 1+ year of experience working remotely/independently in a cross-functional environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
