Job Summary
To support a temporary assignment with a Fortune 500 client, an Alabama Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic consultations, review medications for care gaps, and provide patient education, working remotely with a schedule of rotating shifts between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews with members
- Review medications and clinical information to identify gaps in care, adherence concerns, and therapeutic opportunities
- Assess medication regimens for effectiveness, appropriate dosing, and potential adverse reactions
Required qualifications
- Must reside in Alabama
- Active, unrestricted Alabama Pharmacist license
- 1+ year of experience working remotely and independently in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to navigate MTM platforms and multiple applications simultaneously
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
