Job Summary

To support billing accuracy and compliance, the part-time Alabama Licensed CRB Auditor will independently review and audit car repair billing, analyze invoice exceptions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently review and audit incoming car repair billing for accuracy and compliance with AAR rules and contractual requirements
• Analyze invoice exceptions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely billing outcomes
• Develop and deliver customer reports on invoicing activity and trends to support business decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4 years of experience in railroad car repair billing or a closely related field
• 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Professional knowledge of AAR car repair billing rules and industry requirements
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables while maintaining accuracy and quality
