Job Summary
Monitoring the foreclosure process for assigned loans, the full-time remote CAM Timeline Control Specialist III will oversee compliance with investor guidelines, manage escalated issues, and handle a portfolio of loans involved in complex litigation.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor foreclosure progress and ensure adherence to state/federal and investor guidelines
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for team members and external counsel
- Conduct regular reviews of assigned loans and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Required qualifications:
- A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years in Default Servicing
- Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
- Experience in collections, REO, or loss mitigation
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
