Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of loans in complex litigation, the full-time Alabama Licensed Foreclosure Specialist will oversee the foreclosure process, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor foreclosure progress and ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for team members and external attorneys
- Conduct quality control reviews and maintain tracking of legal expenses related to litigation files
Required qualifications:
- A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 2 years in Default Servicing
- Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
- Experience with mortgage products, including home equity loans and lines of credit
- Proven ability to implement procedures and process changes
- Experience training new staff in a related field
