Key responsibilities

• Sell Medicare and Life insurance using provided leads, while receiving coaching and support from a Market Lead
• Participate in Connie Academy for training on Medicare fundamentals, compliance, and sales techniques
• Manage client relationships and handle post-sale customer support through an internal team, allowing focus on sales growth

Required qualifications

• Active health insurance license is required; AHIP certification can be completed post-hire
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, or insurance is necessary
• New to Medicare candidates are welcome, with less than one year of prior Medicare sales experience acceptable
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude and desire to build a business
• Comfortable using technology and sales platforms effectively
