Job Summary
To provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time Alabama Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with the clinical team while adhering to best practices and operational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum and best practices to foster client engagement and cohesion
- Complete onboarding requirements and participate in regular check-ins with supervisors to ensure quality care
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to ethical standards
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults in a group treatment setting
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, with a preference for DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI certification
- Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions with reliable internet access
- Availability during late afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays to accommodate client schedules
