Offering full autonomy over their work schedule, the part-time Alabama Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct online clinical assessments and manage psychotropic medication for clients in a 100% remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations
- Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions
- Document patient encounters accurately and promptly within the electronic health records system
Required qualifications
- Current ANCC or AANP Board Certification as a PMHNP alongside an active, unencumbered APRN/RN state license
- Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges
- Active NPI number and reliable high-speed internet
