Job Summary
To support aspiring educators in Alabama and North Carolina, the part-time hourly edTPA Coach will provide guidance and individualized coaching on the edTPA assessment, focusing on artifact creation, submission requirements, and state-specific expectations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Help candidates navigate the edTPA process, including artifact creation and submission
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback on edTPA portfolio artifacts
- Facilitate peer mentoring and cohort-based learning experiences via Zoom
Required qualifications
- Active state-specific teaching certification in Alabama or North Carolina
- Master's Degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
- Experience supporting edTPA preparation and submission processes
- Experience teaching in an online or hybrid learning environment (preferred)
