Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Alaska Licensed Account Specialist will manage the coordination of new business sales and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation and providing proactive customer support in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Document and monitor timelines for successful renewal and new sale implementations
• Ensure accurate and complete data submissions from producers and employer groups
• Research and resolve service issues while providing support for complex inquiries

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of relevant work experience
• Three years of work experience, including two years in sales or benefit administration and one year in customer service
• Possess or obtain an Agent's license within 60 days of hire
• Knowledge of Premera products and operations is preferred
• Experience with CRM applications is helpful but not required
