Job Summary
Providing evidence-based therapy to patients, the full-time Alaska Licensed Clinical Therapist will conduct mental health evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while working remotely from within Alaska.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and deliver individual, family, or group therapy
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from a CSWE- or CACREP-accredited institution
- Independently licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in Alaska at the time of hire
- Completion of the NCE or NCMHCE for LCPC applicants, or eligibility to complete it
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Proficiency in remote care delivery, including telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
