Job Summary

To support a growing practice focused on older adults, the part-time or full-time Alaska Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth, manage their own caseload, and collaborate with a supportive care team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient's goals and needs
• Complete documentation in the EMR with AI-assisted notes

Required qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this role is posted
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus
