Job Summary
Providing strategic guidance and implementation expertise, the contract Workday Talent and Learning Lead will remotely support the deployment of Workday Talent and Learning modules, advising on best practices and transitioning performance evaluation processes from HealthStream to Workday while working in the Alaska time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance for the deployment of Workday Talent and Learning SKUs
- Advise on best practices and implementation methodologies for Workday Talent and Learning
- Assess and guide the transition of the annual employee performance evaluation process from HealthStream to Workday Talent
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading or advising Workday Talent and Learning implementations
- Strong knowledge of Workday Talent, Performance Management, and Workday Learning capabilities
- Experience with HealthStream LMS and learning management system implementation
- Experience evaluating existing performance management processes and designing future-state workflows
- Understanding of annual employee performance evaluation cycles and implementation planning
