Alliance Director

Job Summary

To enhance a strategic partnership with Microsoft, the full-time remote Alliance Director will develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive the activation of joint business opportunities within the technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the Microsoft alliance strategy in collaboration with executive leadership
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm and governance structure for Microsoft activities globally
• Identify and activate new commercial opportunities across the Microsoft ecosystem

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development, with significant experience in the Microsoft ecosystem
• Strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft workloads, and marketplace dynamics
• Proven ability to engage with senior technical and business stakeholders
• Experience translating technical capabilities into commercial solutions and go-to-market strategies
• Demonstrated ability to navigate large organizations and mobilize cross-functional teams effectively
