Alliance Manager

Job Summary

To support HSO's Microsoft alliance strategy, the full-time remote Alliance Manager will manage relationships with Microsoft stakeholders, drive co-sell activities, and coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives to create and win new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Alliance Leader to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and relationships
• Facilitate co-sell activities by connecting sellers and identifying opportunities throughout the sales cycle
• Coordinate joint marketing initiatives, workshops, and customer engagements to support strategic pursuits

Required qualifications

• Experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role within enterprise technology
• Familiarity with Microsoft or major technology ecosystems and understanding of partner organizations
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with sales teams and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple initiatives across complex environments
• Comfort operating in a matrixed environment requiring collaboration and cross-functional alignment
