Alliances & Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) program, the full-time Sr. Alliances & Enablement Specialist will manage program governance, coordinate enablement schedules, and ensure seamless transitions between CIE delivery and solution design while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Follow established procedures for CIE engagements from opportunity identification to delivery and hand-off
- Coordinate the train-the-trainer enablement schedule across facilitators and technical teams
- Monitor program performance and report details to leadership, escalating any risks or gaps
Required qualifications
- At least three years of experience in program or partner enablement within Microsoft technology programs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) or similar programs
- Experience coordinating programs involving multiple internal teams and external partners
- Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, documentation, and reporting cycles
- Experience collaborating with Technical Architects or delivery teams is an asset
