Alliances Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing operational infrastructure for the Microsoft partnership, the full-time remote Alliances Operations Manager will oversee partner investment programs, Marketplace transactions, and co-sell workflows while ensuring data quality and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational lifecycle for Microsoft partner investment programs, including planning, submissions, and tracking utilization
• Manage operational readiness for Microsoft Marketplace, coordinating listing administration and transaction processes
• Build scorecards and dashboards to provide insights on funding, Marketplace, and co-sell partnership KPIs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in partner operations or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience within the Microsoft partner ecosystem
• Direct ownership of partner funding, investment, or co-sell operational programs
• Ability to manage detailed, deadline-driven workflows with financial implications
• Experience producing executive-ready dashboards and reports
