Alumni Employment Data Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Alumni Employment Data Representative will conduct outreach to alumni via phone and email to collect employment-related information, supporting the university's employment outcomes reporting efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to collect employment and career-related data from alumni
• Document employment information and outreach outcomes accurately in internal reporting tools and databases
• Manage confidential alumni information in accordance with university policies while maintaining professionalism in communications

Required qualifications

• Current SNHU student in good academic standing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, and web-based technologies
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with limited supervision
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience engaging diverse populations through phone or email communication
