Job Summary

Joining a highly skilled remote team, the full-time Amadeus Travel Consultant will advise and arrange travel for corporate clients, utilizing expert-level proficiency in GDS systems to ensure compliance with travel policies while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange domestic and international travel for corporate business customers, both individuals and groups
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services
• Collaborate with team members to coach and mentor, providing constructive feedback to enhance service levels

Required qualifications

• Proven track record as a Travel Counselor with strong industry knowledge
• Expert-level proficiency in GDS systems, specifically Amadeus
• Demonstrated expertise in both domestic and international travel bookings
• Strong commitment to data security and confidentiality in handling traveler information
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
