Providing essential scheduling support, the full-time Ambulatory Access Representative will manage appointment bookings and registration for UC Health ambulatory patients during the first shift in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide scheduling support and appointment information to ambulatory patients
- Schedule appointments and complete registration for designated ambulatory departments
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior experience is required; 0-6 months preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced call center environment
