Job Summary
Providing scheduling support for ambulatory patients, the full-time Ambulatory Access Representative will manage appointment scheduling and registration for various UC Health departments while working onsite during the first shift.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and complete registration for ambulatory patients
- Provide appointment information and support to patients in a call center environment
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient communication with healthcare teams
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No experience is required; 0-6 months preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
