Job Summary
Seeking a bilingual (French & English) AMF Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time position will involve investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving insurance claims while ensuring compliance with provincial regulations, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and manage insurance claims from initial notice to final resolution, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Review claims for accuracy and compliance, making recommendations for approval, denial, or escalation as needed
- Provide technical coaching and support to team members on claims handling and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Current and active AMF Personal Lines Claims Adjuster License
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive claims adjusting
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims investigation practices
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows-based applications
