AMF Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a bilingual (French & English) AMF Licensed Claims Adjuster, the full-time professional will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve insurance claims while ensuring compliance with provincial regulations, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and manage insurance claims from initial notice through final resolution while delivering exceptional customer experience
• Review claims for accuracy and compliance, making recommendations for approval, denial, or referral
• Provide technical coaching and guidance to team members on claim handling and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal
• Current and active AMF Personal Lines Claims Adjuster License
• A minimum of 3 years of Automotive claims adjusting experience
• Proven understanding of insurance policies and claim investigation practices
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 and Windows-based applications
