Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the AMI Systems Specialist will analyze technology environments, document requirements, and support application management for Advanced Metering Infrastructure systems, including the Meter Data Management System (MDMS) and Head End System (HES).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of MDMS and integrated applications, providing on-call support and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with vendors and business partners to communicate system updates, enhancements, and resolve production issues
- Conduct incident triage, root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions to improve operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Solid experience in IT architecture, cloud development, and DevOps
- Proficiency in scripting and SQL query writing
- Experience with Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and EIP MDMS
- Familiarity with Linux and observability tools
