Job Summary
To support the Compliance Team, the full-time AML Investigator will conduct investigations of unusual activity, ensuring timely SAR submissions and collaborating with various teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct investigations to assess risk exposure and recommend actions such as SAR filings or account closures
- Provide investigative assistance to the Customer Help Desk and Legal Team as needed
- Communicate with customers, agents, and internal attorneys regarding investigative matters
Required qualifications
- University education (preferred)
- Experience in an investigative function
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis or Elliptic
- Demonstrated AML experience, including CDD/EDD and SAR/STR reporting
- Basic knowledge of blockchain technology (to be enhanced in the role)
