AML Quality Control Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced AML Quality Control Specialist, the full-time professional will conduct quality control reviews of AML investigations, assess suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and perform QC reviews of end-to-end AML investigations across various complexities
- Review cases involving potential financial crimes and assess the adequacy of evidence supporting investigative conclusions
- Identify investigative gaps and provide actionable feedback to improve quality and consistency in investigations
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AML regulations and financial crime typologies
- Hands-on experience performing quality control reviews of AML investigations
- Proficiency with AML case management platforms such as Actimize, Oracle, SAS, or Verafin
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and submitting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
- Strong knowledge of AML compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
