Job Summary

To lead the AmpSeq program, the full-time salaried AmpSeq Program Director will manage project execution, oversee team performance, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the AmpSeq program, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and achieve project objectives
• Develop and implement strategic plans to align the program with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, preferably in a scientific or technical field
• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline, such as life sciences, biotechnology, or project management
• Strong understanding of AmpSeq technologies and their applications
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a project setting
