Analyst III, Workday ERP
Job Summary
To support the implementation of Workday ERP solutions, the full-time Analyst III, Workday ERP will gather and analyze business requirements, drive process improvements, and ensure successful project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders and project teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Lead the development of business cases and documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering through implementation and optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Five+ years of job-related experience, including 3+ years with Workday
- Experience with Workday PSA and Financials modules
- IIBA certification or equivalent business analysis focus
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate large group meetings and drive business analysis deliverables
