Job Summary
To support cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Analyst III, Workday ERP will gather and analyze business and technical requirements, implement process improvements, and mentor other analysts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders and project teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Lead the development of business cases and documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Drive end-to-end delivery of solutions from requirements through implementation and optimization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Experience with Workday PSA and Financials modules
- IIBA certification or equivalent business analysis focus
- Five+ years of job-related experience, including 3+ years with Workday
- Experience in business process or system design/implementation
