Job Summary
Leading global Analyst Relations initiatives, the full-time Analyst Relations Lead will develop strategic programs to enhance brand awareness, cultivate relationships with key analysts, and integrate insights into product strategy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact Analyst Relations programs tailored to increase brand awareness and buyer preference
- Partner with key analysts to secure advocacy and ensure alignment with Ashby's product roadmap
- Manage the end-to-end process for analyst engagements, including briefings and major industry events
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in Analyst Relations, public relations, or a related field
- Strong writing skills with experience in creating briefing documents and strategic narratives
- Ability to analyze trends in the HR Tech space and influence outcomes through relationship building
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Willingness to travel for industry conferences and events
